Google Sheets Reporting
Sync NetSuite data directly to Google Sheets on schedule via SuiteQL. Zero manual CSV exports. One flat fee per NetSuite account, never per user.
Comparing options? 6 ways to get NetSuite data into Google Sheets
Built for people who live inside NetSuite all day.
Finance ops teams waste hours every week re-downloading NetSuite saved searches to CSV files, copying data into Google Sheets, and fixing broken formulas. Google Sheets Reporting automatically refreshes NetSuite data in Google Sheets on schedule or on demand.

What it does, specifically.
This is what Google Sheets Reporting actually does, step by step.
Live SuiteQL sync
Runs SuiteQL queries against NetSuite's REST API and lands the results in Google Sheets. Ships with query templates for the common finance pulls: open AR, GL detail, item availability.
Scheduled background refresh
Schedule automatic background updates (hourly or daily) so spreadsheet models are current before morning reviews.
Multi-query workbook consolidation
Pull data from multiple SuiteQL queries into distinct tabs within a single workbook for financial models.
OAuth 2.0 authentication
Connects through NetSuite OAuth 2.0 with PKCE. Access tokens stay inside your Google Workspace domain. No legacy TBA, which NetSuite closes to new integrations in 2027.1.
How to Get Running
Install in three steps. No consultants.
Enable REST Web Services
Turn on NetSuite's REST Web Services feature and create an integration record for OAuth 2.0. No script deployment needed.
Add Google Sheets Extension
Install the Suite Utils Add-on in Google Sheets and approve the NetSuite OAuth 2.0 connection.
Pick Queries & Automate
Choose from the query templates or paste your own SuiteQL, then set your background refresh schedule.
Runs inside your NetSuite. Your data doesn't go anywhere.
Google Sheets Reporting runs as native SuiteScript 2.1 inside your own tenant. No data leaves your NetSuite account. When a tool needs an external connection, it authenticates with NetSuite OAuth 2.0.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about Google Sheets Reporting.
Do you charge per user?
No. $100/month covers your whole NetSuite account, whether 3 people open the workbooks or 300. Seat-priced Sheets connectors like Coefficient bill for every analyst you add, so the invoice grows with your team. Ours does not.
Do I need a SuiteAnalytics Connect license?
No. Queries run as SuiteQL through NetSuite's standard REST API, which every account gets with the REST Web Services feature. SuiteAnalytics Connect is only needed for ODBC and JDBC drivers, and this tool uses neither.
Is there a row limit on Google Sheets syncs?
Google Sheets supports up to 10 million cells per workbook. SuiteQL returns up to 100,000 rows per query, paginated in 1,000-row pages so large pulls do not time out.
Does this consume NetSuite script governance units?
No. There is no SuiteScript running at all. Queries go through NetSuite's REST API, which has its own concurrency allowance separate from script governance.
Can users edit data in Google Sheets and push back to NetSuite?
Optional writeback is supported for approved record types (such as updating item pricing or customer addresses) through NetSuite's REST record endpoints with validation.
