Terms of Service
Buy it on a credit card. Use it in your NetSuite account. Cancel whenever you want. That's the deal.
1. What You're Buying
A Suite Utils subscription gives you a non-exclusive license to install and run the purchased utility (or all utilities, on the All-Access Pass) inside your designated NetSuite production account and sandbox instances. The license is per NetSuite account. Not per user or per seat.
You can modify any uncompiled SuiteScript source code to fit your internal workflows. You can't redistribute or resell Suite Utils code to third parties or package it inside your own commercial product.
2. Pricing, Billing, and Cancellation
- Billing cycle. Subscriptions bill monthly or annually, whichever you selected at checkout. Annual subscribers get a discounted rate locked in for 12 months.
- No per-seat fees. One flat rate covers unlimited users on the licensed NetSuite account. Adding team members doesn't change your bill.
- 14-day money-back guarantee. If a utility doesn't solve the problem it's marketed to solve within 14 days of purchase, email
[email protected]for a full refund. No forms, no questions about your use case. - Cancellation. Cancel any subscription from your account dashboard or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then. No cancellation fees.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we email you immediately. Access remains active for 7 days while you update payment info. After 7 days, the subscription is paused (not deleted) until resolved.
3. NetSuite Compatibility
Every Suite Utils SuiteApp is tested against semi-annual NetSuite Release Previews (2026.1, 2026.2, etc.) before each update ships. If a NetSuite upgrade breaks something, we fix it before it reaches your account. Not after.
Technical support emails sent to [email protected] receive a response from a core SuiteScript engineer within 24 business hours. Most questions are answered within 2–4 hours during Austin business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm CT).
Suite Utils SuiteApps are built on SuiteScript 2.1 and tested against the official NetSuite SuiteScript API. We maintain compatibility with the current release and the two preceding releases. Compatibility with customized third-party SuiteApps, legacy bundles, or custom record types specific to your account is not guaranteed. Contact us before purchasing if you have an unusual setup.
4. What You Can and Can't Do
- Use on your licensed NetSuite account
- Use in your sandbox and dev instances
- Modify source code for internal use
- Transfer your license to a different NetSuite account you own
- Resell or sublicense Suite Utils code
- Include Suite Utils code in a commercial product you sell
- Share license keys across multiple unrelated NetSuite accounts
- Remove copyright notices from source files
5. Intellectual Property
Suite Utils retains all copyright in the utilities, SuiteScript scripts, documentation, and trademarks. Oracle NetSuite is a registered trademark of Oracle Corporation. Suite Utils is an independent software vendor (ISV) and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Oracle Corporation.
6. Liability
Suite Utils tools execute inside your NetSuite environment and read from your data. They don't write financial records or post journal entries unless explicitly described as doing so on the product page. You're responsible for testing utilities in your sandbox before enabling them in production.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Suite Utils is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is capped at the total amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes to These Terms
We'll notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before any material change to these terms takes effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance. If you don't agree with a change, cancel before the effective date and we'll refund any unused portion of a pre-paid annual subscription.
